Here’s our list of top picks- it should help you decide which one is best for YOU!

Remember, when you get a new credit card via the links provided below, The BAT earns a commission. This is what keeps us in business cranking out meaningful content and practical advice. If you are in the market for a new card, please do so via the links below. THANK YOU!

Best all around cards: Chase Sapphire Preferred Card and Barclaycard Arrival World MasterCard. Both offer nice 40,000 mile sign up bonuses, and you can use miles on several airlines. Neither charges irritating foreign transaction fees.

Best for folks who spend a lot of time in Marriott Hotels: Marriott Rewards Premier Credit Card. Get a 50,000 point bonus and a free night just for signing up!

Biggest Sign-up Bonus. British Airways Visa Signature Card 0ffers a nice 50,000 mile bonus when you sign up, 2.5 Avios for every dollar spent on BA, and a free companion ticket (any class) when you spend at least $30,000 in a year.

Best for small business owners: Ink Bold Business Card or Ink Plus Business Card. Both offer big fat 50,000 mile sign up bonuses- enough for two free trips!

Best card for those who spend a lot of time in Hawaii… or would like to spend more! The The Hawaiian Airlines World Elite MasterCard. It offers a nice 35,000 mile sign up bonus, a 50% off companion pass and a free checked bag. Mahalo!

Best for Virgin America devotees (new in Jan 2014): Virgin America Visa Signature Card

Best for frequent Delta flyers who don’t spend enough to earn Medallion status: Delta/Amex SkyMiles credit card
